Charniqua is a person-centered therapist who uses multiple approaches to meet the needs of her clients. She specializes in EMDR, DBT, and IFS/parts while working with clients to find a path forward to meet their goals. She has past experience in in-patient, residential, and outpatient settings. Charniqua currently works with adults with depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, borderline personality, panic attacks, trauma, and LBGTQ+ issues. She will work not only with the client but also other professionals to create a collaborative and safe environment for the client to grow.
Currently, Charniqua is seeing clients through telehealth in Florida.
