Olivia specializes in trauma-informed care, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to create personalized treatment plans that empower clients to address their challenges. Currently pursuing EMDR certification, Olivia is dedicated to enhancing her ability to support clients in their healing process. She strives to foster a comfortable and inclusive environment where every client feels valued and supported as they navigate their hardships. As a military veteran with 10 years of active-duty service, Olivia brings a unique perspective to her practice and is passionate about advocating for and helping veterans.
Currently, Olivia is seeing clients through telehealth and in-person in St Augustine, Florida.
