Rebecca is dedicated to working with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and teens in therapy. She is a systemic therapist that utilizes a multi-model approach to create an environment that embraces the unique circumstances and needs of the individual. Rebecca is passionate about creating a strong therapeutic alliance and creating a safe space for her clients to feel empowered and embrace their authenticity. Rebecca utilizes an integrated approach of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral, solution focused, mindfulness, and systemic therapy approaches. She understands the impact that our familial, cultural, and societal environments have on our day to day lives, and provides a space in which you feel valued and heard while helping you set and achieve your therapeutic goals.
