Education:

Masters in Social Work from Albany State University.

Sydney specializes in working with Veterans and the military community, but also works with children and all ages. Sydney incorporates animal assisted therapy into her practice, with her therapy dog Jax. Her other evidence-based practices include Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her goal is to collaborate with you to create a safe environment that facilitates healing, regardless of the challenges you may be facing. She is dedicated to tailoring therapeutic approaches to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring her sessions are both effective and personalized.

Currently, Sydney is seeing clients through telehealth and in-person in St Augustine, Florida.
