Jenna Burkett, RCSWI

Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI)

Jenna believes therapy should be a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working through challenges at their own pace. She takes a compassionate, collaborative approach, helping clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical skills to create meaningful change.

Her clinical experience includes school social work, intensive outpatient treatment for OCD and anxiety, and work with substance use disorders. Jenna works with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, emotional and behavioral concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can impact day-to-day functioning and well-being.

Jenna incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Behavioral Activation while tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client. She focuses on helping clients build coping skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, develop confidence, and feel better equipped to navigate difficult emotions and situations.

Above all, Jenna meets clients where they are and works alongside them to build resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of emotional well-being.

Jenna sees clients in person in St. Augustine, Florida, and provides telehealth services throughout Florida.
