How Does Care Coordination Work?
Your initial consultation will often involve a conversation with a Care Coordinator. This first consultation is designed to assess your specific needs and guide you toward the services that will best support your treatment goals and improve your mental health. Familiar with all treatment options available at ATTIY, they will match you with the appropriate provider or multiple providers for your tailored treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Care Coordinators
How do you match me with a therapist?
Our Care Coordination team will ask you a series of brief questions to gain a better understanding of your needs. From there, our clinical team will evaluate the best match for you. If there's a specific therapist you think you’d enjoy working with, please make that known and we will be happy to look into that for you.
What information do I need to start?
Our Care Coordination team will need some basic demographic information from you (name, address, phone number, etc). If you plan to utilize insurance, they will also need that information. For a list of insurances currently accepted please click here.
What are the limits of confidentiality?
Limits of confidentiality include: risk to harm to yourself, risk to harm others, abuse or neglect, legal requirements.
How does ATTIY match clients with clinicians?
At ATTIY, we use a thoughtful, personalized matching process to connect you with the best-fit clinician. We start by learning about your concerns, goals, preferences, and what you seek in therapy (including what brings you in, past experiences, preferred approach, and scheduling needs).
Our team then carefully considers clinical expertise, therapeutic style, your preferences (like gender or approach), and the necessary level of care.
The client-therapist relationship is a key predictor of successful outcomes, making this match critical. As a group practice, we are intentional about this process and can adjust your provider if your needs change.
Can I choose my therapist?
We love when clients contact us with a therapist in mind! Please let us know who you would like to work with and we will verify scheduling, etc and make every effort possible to accommodate.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all therapy sessions are kept confidential except in specific situations required by law or necessary to ensure safety.
How do I know therapy is working?
Therapy doesn’t always produce instant results, but there are meaningful signs of progress over time such as: symptoms are improving, an awareness of emotions and behaviors, increase of healthy coping skills, improved relationships, positive change and ability to manage challenging situations.
Do you coordinate care?
Yes. ATTIY provides coordinated, team-based care to support your overall well-being. When appropriate, our clinicians collaborate behind the scenes and, with your consent, can coordinate with other providers such as primary care physicians, psychiatrists, schools, or specialists.
Our goal is to ensure your care is aligned, seamless, and centered around your needs—not fragmented across providers.
