Arianna is a systemic therapist that utilizes a multi-model approach to create an environment that embraces the unique circumstances and needs of the individual. Arianna is passionate about creating a strong therapeutic alliance and creating a safe space for my clients to feel empowered and embrace their authenticity. Arianna believes that while we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. She utilizes an integrated approach of evidence-based practices such as trauma focused CBT, CFTSI and Internal Family systems (IFS) to meet the needs of many individuals seeking support./p>
